Paul Law

Paul comes with diversified working experiences from Finance, Human Resources (HR), Information Technology, Property, Sales & Management to Agriculture from 1998 to current.

He co-founded Forward Search Consulting in 2013 focusing on Executive Search and Professional Staffing in Asia Pacific with several offices located in Singapore, China and Vietnam.

He invested and started a shrimp agriculture business in 2017. He is currently President Director managing three farms (40 hectares) on the island of Sumbawa, Indonesia.

Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Computing (Information System) in 1998.

Seno Bawono

Born and raised in Jakarta, Seno is the second of two siblings, reflecting a rich blend of familial values and individual ambition. With a deep passion for sports and travel, Seno has cultivated a diverse and dynamic career path that mirrors his interests and zeal for exploration.

Throughout his professional journey, Seno has excelled in various fields, showcasing versatility and leadership. He has held significant roles in team management and as a business owner across a broad spectrum of industries, including event organizing, automotive, agriculture, stock and forex trading, tourism, mining, logistics, pharmaceuticals, business consulting and shrimp farming.

Seno is deeply enthusiastic about business and is driven by the belief that the industry is in constant flux. He is committed to staying updated with the latest developments, focusing on sustaining and advancing the companies he works with. This dedication underscores his approach to fostering growth and innovation in the ever-evolving business landscape.
